If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may call for a return authorization number within 45 days from the date of delivery and return it, shipping prepaid. The purchase price will be refunded less a $125.00 reconditioning fee. (No refunds are given for any accessories ordered additionally (and opened) or for shipping charges.)

Abco Research Associates will keep all correspondence in strict confidence and will not sell or give your name to anyone. Material sent by us will have Abco Research Associates as the correspondent with no indication of the contents. We have over 19 years of experience using discretion when we contact you.

We ship by United Parcel Service. Orders received by noon, central time, weekdays, will be shipped that day. The shipping weight of the Sybian package is 38 lbs. before adding additional items.

Sybian is shipped UPS Ground Service in the 48 contiguous states for $20. UPS now has guaranteed Ground delivery and how far you are from East Central Illinois determines the guaranteed date. For example, all of Illinois and Indiana and some parts of 6 adjoining states now have guaranteed next working day delivery. Only 3 isolated areas on the west coast are more than 4 working days away, "Guaranteed Day-Definite Delivery".

You may choose to have it shipped Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air AM or PM, or 3 Day Select (The order form should quote cost of each of these shipping options. If you have any questions, you are welcome to call). We can also ship it to arrive on a Saturday with the following conditions. It must be shipped Next Day Air on the previous working day or by 2nd Day Air when it is shipped the 2nd working day prior. For this you will pay that shipping charge plus we will add the $15 cost for the Saturday delivery. If you wish this, you can tell us by putting a note in the box on the Order Form entitled "Your Comments or Additional Instructions:"

Whenever or wherever it is delivered, a signature is required.

Note: A physical address is required to ship by UPS unless you wish to pick up the package at the nearest UPS Center or a local shipping outlet such as a UPS Store. If you use either of these options, you will be required to have a photo ID and the tracking number. To ship to a UPS Store you must be a customer and rent a box # at that store OR you must make special arrangements for them to receive and hold this package for you, in advance of placing this order. You also must have their physical address.

If needed, we will mail it by the Postal Service. Doing so will allow you to ship it to a PO Box. Any extra charges that are incurred will be assessed to you. This extra cost will include a charge of $10 for taking it to the post office. To pick up at a Post Office will also require a photo ID.

We automatically ship an 115V unit to all areas and countries that use this electricity. We automatically ship a 230V unit to all countries that use the 230V electricity. If you wish otherwise, tell us by putting a note in "Your Comments or Additional Instructions" on the Order Form.

Demonstration DVD or Video

We have a product demonstration DVD and Video available in English. If you are ordering this or we include it with the product, you will be sent a DVD unless otherwise requested. The first portion of 22 minutes is on Sybian (for women) and the remaining 20 minutes on Venus 2000 (for men). It is explicit and shows both machines being used. It is not intended to be pornographic in any way. The purpose is to explain the products and to get you to understand how they work. It would not be considered instructional. Although both were recorded several years ago, both will show how the machine works.

The DVD is available in 2 formats:

1. DVD Region 1 for USA with its Territories and Canada
2. DVD Region 2 for UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa, Middle East, Egypt & Greenland

We do not carry Region 3 through 6 (rest of world)

The videos are available in VHS in the following formats:

1. NTSC - used in US, Canada, Mexico, most of South America, Japan etc.
2. PAL - used in most of Europe (except France), Australia etc.

SECAM is not available.

In the US and Canada, DVD's and videos are $20.00 plus $5 S&H. (Abco will forgo the $5 shipping fee if you are contacting the company for the first time). DVD's for Region 2 and Videos in the PAL format are $30 when mailed to any other country. All are mailed via the US Postal Service to the mailing address you provide.

If you order a DVD or Video, you will be given a $20 credit when you order either the Sybian or Venus 2000. We will verify that it was ordered through us.

For same day shipping, we accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Wire Transfers (bank to bank), Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Personal checks for videos or parts will receive same day shipment but must clear before we ship a Sybian.

Security

We do have electronic security on this site. You may submit your account numbers without concern. If you wish to overnight a Cashier's Check or Money Order, use our physical address as shown on the "About Us" page.

Many people prefer to spread payments over a period of time. With our Lay-A-Way plan, you may hold a discounted price with a payment of $100 and pay the balance when and how you wish. If you wish for us to charge a specific amount to your credit card each month, we will do so. Otherwise we wait to hear from you. When it is paid in full, we ship. If you wish to do this you can tell us on the Order Form by using the box "Your Comments or Additional Instructions."
