Warranty

V2000 has a two-year limited warranty on the power unit, air control box and remote control (if applicable). Under normal conditions, it should last for years without any problems. Physical damage is not covered. Attachments are warranted to be free of defects when shipped. Additionally, we will work with you to solve problems at any time.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may call for a return authorization number within 45 days from the date of delivery and return it, shipping prepaid. The purchase price will be refunded less a $100.00 reconditioning fee. (No refunds are given on attachments, accessories or shipping charges.)

Confidentiality Assured

Abco Research Associates will keep all correspondence in strict confidence and will not sell or give your name to anyone. Material sent by us will have Abco Research Associates as the correspondent with no indication of the contents. We have over 19 years of experience using discretion when we contact you. Your anonymity is assured.

Shipping Policy

We ship by United Parcel Service. Orders received by noon, central time, weekdays, will be shipped that day. The shipping weight of the complete V2000 package is 18 lbs. before adding additional items.

V2000 is shipped UPS Ground Service in the 48 contiguous states for $15. You may choose to have it shipped Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air AM or PM, or 3 Day Select (The order form should quote cost of each of these shipping options. If you have any questions, you are welcome to call). We can also ship it to arrive on a Saturday with the following conditions. It must be shipped Next Day Air on the previous working day or by 2nd Day Air when it is shipped the 2nd working day prior. For this you will pay that shipping charge plus we will add the $15 cost for the Saturday delivery. If you wish this, you can tell us by putting a note in the box on the Order Form entitled "Your Comments or Additional Instructions" .

Whenever or wherever it is delivered, a signature is required.

Note: A physical address is required to ship by UPS unless you wish to pick up the package at the nearest UPS Center or a local shipping outlet such as a UPS Store. If you use either of these options, you will be required to have a photo ID and the tracking number. To ship to a UPS Store you must be a customer and rent a box # at that store OR you must make special arrangements for them to receive and hold this package for you, in advance of placing this order. You also must have their physical address.

If needed, we will mail it by the Postal Service. Doing so will allow you to ship it to a PO Box. Any extra charges that are incurred will be assessed to you. This extra cost will include a charge of $10 for taking it to the post office. To pick up at a Post Office will also require a photo ID.

International Shipping is available as UPS Express 2-5 day service.

For international shipping the prices quoted on all shipping pages are in United States Dollars.  You must approve these charges before we can begin processing your order.

* Please notify your credit card company to expect a charge from USA.
* You are responsible for taxes, duties and brokerage fees charged by your country at your end. The value is based on the unit.
* Item will be described as "Deluxe Exercise Machine".
* You will need to supply a standard computer power cord to power the unit when it arrives.
* Please specify 120 or 240 volt unit when ordering.

We have not had any trouble shipping units to major cities in most countries in the past and do not anticipate any problems in the future, however there is a small number of countries to which we are unable to ship. 

Countries we CANNOT ship to are:
    * Mexico
    * Italy
    * Greece

Electrical Requirements

We automatically ship an 115V unit to all areas and countries that use this electricity. We automatically ship a 230V unit to all countries that use the 230V electricity. If you wish otherwise, tell us by putting a note in "Your Comments or Additional Instructions" on the Order Form.

Security

We do have electronic security on this site. You may submit your account numbers without concern. If you wish to overnight a Cashier's Check or Money Order, use our physical address as shown on the "About Us" page.

Lay-a-Way Available

Many people prefer to spread payments over a period of time. With our Lay-A-Way plan, you may hold a discounted price with a payment of $100 and pay the balance when and how you wish. If you wish for us to charge a specific amount to your credit card each month, we will do so. Otherwise we wait to hear from you. When it is paid in full, we ship. If you wish to do this you can tell us on the Order Form by using the box "Your Comments or Additional Instructions."
